Clairemont is a good nieghborhood. Many young families with children and start the whole scene. Very suburban ideal place to raise a family. (CP 92117)
San Carlos is a little more than a niehgborhood, not as many children as Clairemont. This can be a blessing, it is almost never the strongest of the night games, no gangs, low crime rate. I lived in San Carlos for nearly 12 years.
