Of what I understand, this is not, but would be for younger paddlers who had attended or training prior to sea in a well.

As far as I know that there is a - is this a good thing, because the grandfather has not enough energy to paddle or swim, but not as fast as the young!

But really - old enough to know the local rules of navigation, boat handling, and swimming, should the conditions laid down for all time.

There are many canoe clubs for children in Britain - who spend too much time on the canals and rivers.
Some look like they can not much older than seven years, and we have a young man in the Navy, the pumps in the area and the adjacent channel, like the proverbial "Bat Out Of Hell"

I guess if no license is required, theres no age limit.
However, social services may participate, if you shoot a man 18 months faster on an assumption.
Imagine if they had been placed as Moses in a basket!

No age limit
Patents protect obviosly have a responsibility to children.
So who is responsible for a vessel for any damage caused by them, etc..

There is no age limit, whether young or old. More to the point that they really can handle a shovel to propel the boat!

not one, but its a bit difficult, the parents are willing to see the training or support in these days of legislation to associate sweet health and safety and the risk of prosecution if something goes wrong

The UK status = nanny

I do not know what the rules are today, but I started when I was 9 years canoe. Once they had mastered the dugout, and I was able to drill the capsize, which was completed regarded as suitable, and I arrived shortly after the competitions in the disciplines of canoe-ALL.

Today, although I suspect that doing it is an obstacle to health and safety for our young people what I have been prevented.

It should be reduced if the parents are happy to do that your child is happy to do so.

Call or British Canoe Union Canoe Club premises.
