I injured my lower back at work now work comp wants to settle. been injured for8months ,whats injury worth? - back injury at work

Ive had injured his back at work on 9/17/05. orderfilling my job is at -20 Walmart in Distrubition. Send it took 2 months left to doctors. I can not really something for my back. I have a lawyer, and now my employer wants to solve, but my lawyer and the doctors say that this injury is long term. and is treated very expencive too. But my question is: What is this kind of long-term value in a breach of this Agreement. Thank you.

I would not be resolved, particularly since her doctor and the lawyer believes that his injury seems to be the long term. Will resolve if the carrier is obliged to compensate the workers, the rest to pay TTD (temporary total disability.) You will pay the PPD (partial permanent disability) benefits you may be entitled to receive.
If you are even worse, may apply to open again, but is a hell of a tough fight.

Here are some questions to be considered:
1 - Which country has the jurisdiction from the main action.
2 - Did you know that some states pay benefits for life?
((depending on the state))
3 - Do you need surgery in the future?
4 - Who will be able to pay for the drugs, because should your injury at work after installation?
5 - Does your employer is talking about washing a "complete" - meaning that, since all rights to future benefits?
6 - If yes, then make sure you pay enough to cover the following
A) the benefits of PPDErve
B) for all future costs, you may need surgery
(Applies only if your doctor says you need surgery))
C) money sufficient to cover all future drug
D) If you find another job, what if you are disabled again
because of this injury? Denying compensation for their employees
Request to open when you start to take a different employer.
It seems that you are not working at the moment?
If so, then the money that you fall to pay, you pay for living.

You can have a heart to heart talk with his attorney, and feel free to address the above issues.

You do not until you get better. Tip-Do not make any plans until their release by the dr.
