Clairemont is a good nieghborhood. Many young families with children and start the whole scene. Very suburban ideal place to raise a family. (CP 92117)

San Carlos is a little more than a niehgborhood, not as many children as Clairemont. This can be a blessing, it is almost never the strongest of the night games, no gangs, low crime rate. I lived in San Carlos for nearly 12 years. This reminds me of one quarter on the east coast of the suburbs, long roads, squares, etc. cheaper than Clairemont well as inland about 7 miles (still only 20 minutes away) from the beach. (CP 92119)
Note: My home is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden, terrace, garage 2 cars. Mortgage is about $ 1500/month. Expect to increase the train inland waterways. You may need to check the bedroom 2 or a condo for about $ 1k. The first poster was right, only $ 500 more to significantly increase their options.

And neighborhoods to come to City Heights, North Park (not the ghetto), Hillcrest (I know what you might think, but they are good neighbors) and MissionHills.

3 rooms for less than a high is a fool. SD is not cheap and will not live in the middle or at the beach, but what really counts is where the road was. You may need in El Cajon, San Marcos and Escondido are looking, or even further, and as all of San Diego, parts and more pleasant walk sideways. The interweaving of the parts wrong, the whole county with a lot of little apparent rhyme or reason, and no place is immune to crime. Appearances are deceptive. I live in La Mesa, and you need to get through a rather dubious BD drive in my neighborhood, but once you're out of my neighborhood is pretty safe, even when all the gardens are not treated. In general, the SD type of violence is not a crime in the city is no longer a crime in the city of unlimited possibilities. Your options will increase substantially if the budget increase to $ 1500/month, but I like to start, or near where you want to work or if you do it (a port, for example, whether sail or fish) and work in it.

San Diego is very well done. The "bad" neighborhoods here are not anywhere near as dangerous as half of my neighborhood in Chicago (where I lived before here). It is also a very large city (geographically speaking).

The first poster is right for the search in a radius of where you work. It is 70 miles from the tip of the Frontier Province.

I pay $ 2k for a 3 / 2) in Encinitas (North County coast, because I do not want my work to travel further. May $ 1K is a section from everywhere, but here are some of the best Paris are:

North Coast Region: Vista, San Marcos, Oceanside

Inside North County: Escondido, Poway, San Diego

Central: North Park

South Spring Valley, Chula Vista, Bonita

Source: El Cajon, La Mesa, Alpine, Julian

No one here has written Lemon Grove, I live here and I love it. I raised my 3 children are doing very well in school. While a mother who keeps an eye on them. Lemon Grove is a community of Nice, and we have everything you need in the city. I think the rentals are still available here. Find a place on the Internet or in the European Union Tribune) (newspaper.
Good luck in your new home!

Sorry - but for a 3-room in a nice family friendly community, you need a bigger budget income.

Above me, the people are right
Increased funding for rental .. $ 1500.

A 3bdr for 1000? Good luck! Try the East County South Bay or a decent place, with prices, but for a 3bdr a little harder.
